Commercial Concepts was founded based on a simple idea – tailoring corporate real estate solutions exclusively for a tenant-based audience. Our dedication to solely representing tenants means that for all properties considered or recommended to our clients, Commercial Concepts does not have dual agency with potential landlords. Rammy Rasmussen, Principal / Broker

Rammy Rasmussen has specialized in office tenant representation in Southern California for almost 30 years. He has represented corporate real estate clients for all product types, and he is focused on ensuring that each of his clients understands the complexities of its real estate options, the impact its real estate strategy can have on the company as a whole, and the significant role that approach plays in a company’s business, financial, and overall objectives.

Rammy’s sophisticated, and often inventive, transaction structuring abilities have enabled him to bring his extensive knowledge as a tenant representative to major Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients. Rammy has continually advised all of his clients on their strategic portfolio analysis, due diligence, planning initiatives, negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suits, using his creative problem-solving methods. During his 25+ years focusing on tenant representation, Rammy’s commitment to his clients and to putting each client’s unique and individual requirements first has earned him their continued trust in his ability to help them navigate the complexity of their commercial real estate options. At Commercial Concepts, Rammy is now able to provide the same world-class real estate representation, but in a more personalized environment.

Prior to founding Commercial Concepts, Rammy was the Managing Partner of Mohr Partners’ Los Angeles office, and the Senior Vice President of the Tenant Advisory Group at Grubb & Ellis.
